廠牌:Toshiba 型號:u940 購入日期:約今年5月距上次使用正常時間:約一周 OS版本:win8 平常作業內容:文書有無內建還原功能(Y/N):Y 問題內容: 今年夏季電腦展新買了台toshiba筆電讓女友出國唸書時使用。雖然對win8不是很有信心，但因為賣場的人建議不要任意更換系統，所以我灌了classshell以後加上一些文書處理軟體就讓女友在9月17日帶出國去了。在國內確定使用中華電信有線及無線網路都沒問題。女友9月18日抵達就慌張地跟我說網路不能用的消息。學校的網路設定不能直接設定proxy必須下載學校網頁寫的一個軟體 http://www.ncl.ac.uk/itservice/connect/services/netapp/ 我有試過下載後一值點安裝約四個步驟就可以到輸入帳號密碼的地方，不過女友的筆電到第三個步驟就對跳出要求proxy.txt的檔案的路徑。女友拿到學校的電機中心找工程師，結果兩個工程師弄了兩個小時都沒找出方法(倒是掃出來一些毒)，他說現場蠻多人也是拿win8的網路問題去問，但是因為她們的電腦是英文版，所以有的有解決。 (不過兩個工程師也承認跟win8不熟) 想請問各位前輩是不是電腦中毒影響上網功能還是Win8跟學校寫的軟體有問題，小弟上了google搜尋了好幾天還是沒結果，敬請幫忙解惑。如能解決問題，小弟願意奉送3000p幣以感謝板友。謝謝大家。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.74.46.189 ※ 編輯: ashestime 來自: 42.74.46.189 (09/21 21:34) ※ 編輯: ashestime 來自: 42.74.46.189 (09/21 21:35)
