蘋果已故共同創辦人賈伯斯1983年與好友出席加州阿斯彭的一場會議，並決定一同埋下一個巨大的時光膠囊。這個時光膠囊原本應該要在20年前出土，但當時參加埋膠囊的人都忘了埋藏地點。

這個時光膠囊近日由國家地理頻道實境秀「挖掘者」接手調查並開挖，詳細內容將於節目中播出。英國每日郵報取得的照片顯示，內容物包括當時最新的蘋果滑鼠、筆記本、識別證等，甚至還有六罐啤酒。（英國每日郵報）
