立法院台聯黨團批評文化部長龍應台耍特權，在國家財政困難之際，堅持要增設辦公室，黨團副總召黃文玲（左）更痛批，一個部長為何需要兩個辦公室？嚴重浪費公帑，根本就是「龍太后」。
