二簽新舊天數問題 - 今天, 10:52

有聽說二簽天數要從88天更改為108天，可我已經在去年就集完88天了，今年一簽到期有是需回台灣一陣子，所以想採境外申請的方式，請問這樣我到時是適用88天的還是108天的法則呢??
如果有二簽簽證天數問題想詢問政府機關，是該寄e-mail給核發簽證的機關還是有其他政府機關可處理??能否提供一下e-mail呢??
