惡夢大不同　男怕傷身女怕傷心

加拿大魁北克蒙特利爾大學一項最新研究指出，原來男女所作的惡夢內容大有不同。

蒙特利爾大學心理學家羅伯特(Genevieve Robert)及他的研究團隊，邀請572人將自己的夢境記錄下來，共收集了1萬筆紀錄，結果發現，男性作的惡夢多與自然災害，如水災、地震、被昆蟲襲擊等有關；而女性的惡夢，則以人際關係，如分手、與友人絕交等心理傷害佔大多數。

研究人員發現，人們作惡夢未必與恐懼有關，其實感到悲傷、迷惘、內疚或厭惡等，也都可以令人冒汗驚醒。這項研究刊於《睡眠》 期刊。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
