檢方：爆重大歧見　請高院自裁羈押撞府男

針對撞府男張德正第5度開羈押庭仍獲台北地院交保，台北地檢署檢察官已立刻提出第5次的即時抗告。檢方認為，北院法官此次裁定的理由不完備，也未遵守高院撤銷發回的見解，且高院4度發回的見解均一致，反倒是北院5次的裁定內容不一致，顯然高院與地院對於認定犯罪事實與適用法律，出現重大歧見，已達《刑事訴訟法》規定「於有必要時」高院可自為裁定的程度，檢方再次建請高院，依法自行裁定羈押張男。(法庭中心／台北報導)
