人用狂犬病疫苗 高市備量充足

高雄市衛生局昨（13）日表示，高雄市第1線人員134人己完成狂犬病疫苗接種，目前人用狂犬病疫苗還有2,119劑，並且專案進口中，儲備量充足。

高雄市出現的狂犬病毒鼬獾，累計6區7例(田寮、美濃、燕巢、旗山、六龜、阿蓮)，衛生局指出，人用狂犬病疫苗截至13日，疫苗庫存量還有2119劑，且持續協調及專案進口中並配發至高市。8月底前，全國人用狂犬病疫苗儲備量將逾4萬餘劑疫苗，免疫球蛋白儲備量達1520人份。

衛生局表示，高市遭到野生動物抓咬傷經審核同意使用人用狂犬病疫苗累計186件，其中8件使用狂犬病免疫球蛋白。衛生局提醒，遭到動物咬傷的民眾，接種疫苗務必完成施打5劑(分別為0天、3天、7天、14天、21或28天)，以得到完整有效的保護；儘量在同一疫苗儲備醫院施打，以確保疫苗施打的正確性。

另為保障防疫人員工作安全，高雄市已經完成捕犬貓、消防第1線人員的疫苗接種，衛生局同時已完成印製狂犬病防治宣導單張共計17萬2千張，並透過區公所完成配發至全市893里，民眾如有需要，可至各區公所或衛生所索取。

衛生局提醒民眾，不要接觸、食用、獵捕與飼養野生動物，寵物切勿棄養且定期施打疫苗，如發現動物行為出現異常，如停止吃喝、不安、頻尿、畏光或出現攻擊性等，儘速通報動物保護處處理。
