軍事犯移監明10點 八路押解300人

軍審法修正，國軍台南監獄300多名犯人，明天上午10點，檢警軍憲共約200人，將分八路押解移監法務部11處監獄。據說，國防部長嚴明將到場坐鎮，同時對軍事犯精神喊話。

台南地檢署也依法務部指示，13、14日依移監受刑人名單先行分案，執行科同仁依一審支援辦案系統先行製作筆錄例稿及指揮書，15日將由執行主任檢察官、執行檢察官及書記官赴監獄對受刑人人別訊問及換發指揮書，完成修法後該類受刑人由檢察官指揮執行任務，共接收20件案件，74名軍事犯，成為全國接收人犯最多的地檢署。
