印尼能源監管機構上游油氣特別工作單位（SKK Migas）主席魯迪（Rudi Rubiandini）涉嫌貪污，肅貪委員會將他逮捕，並在他家中查扣40萬美元現金。

印尼肅貪委員會發言人布迪（Johan Budi）今天表示，肅委會今天清晨在魯迪位於雅加達南區自宅逮捕他和其他4人，但肅委會未透露其他4人身分。

肅委會副主席班邦（Bambang Widjojanto）說，肅委會從魯迪家中查扣40萬美元現金，並發現其他魯迪涉貪的證據。

魯迪於今年1月16日就任SKK Migas主席，他之前擔任印尼能源及礦業部副部長。

美國石油巨擘雪佛龍（Chevron）等國際油氣公司在印尼的業務涉及法律問題，引發印尼能源業者關切，肅委會於是著手調查這起貪污案。

雪佛龍印尼子公司上個月有3名員工因涉貪被捕，也讓其他外國投資者感到震驚。

根據國際透明組織（Transparency International）去年報告，印尼在176個評比國家中，廉潔度排名第118，貪腐情形嚴重。
