宜蘭監獄 明將接收兩軍囚

宜蘭監獄今天下午接到矯正署的接收軍囚公文，將有2名軍囚移到宜蘭監獄收容，不過2名軍囚目前保外就醫，因此明天只會有資料函送到宜監，2軍囚分別因為殺人、搶奪被判刑，待他們結束保外就醫，獄方將一視同仁，當成一般收容人對待，該上工就上工，不會有差別待遇。

陳錫樑也提到，宜監核定收容人數2177人，截至8月14日，收容2960人，已超額收容23%。
