電腦無法正常開機

最近電腦很奇怪
有時候開機螢幕會全黑(與螢幕無關) 完全無動做
然後螢幕按鈕燈會一直閃
有時候要強制關機再開機因為螢幕跳到全黑無動作畫面
就開的起來 ... 但是要多是幾次 ...

剛剛在打問題內容突然給我當機我電腦買來至今差不多1年多第一次當機
然後他自動重開機

想請問一下這是啥情形 .. 是硬碟壞掉還是電腦中毒?!

我是在NOVO買的如果要送修但是我的保固卡不知道去哪了
又找不到發票怎辦?! 因該還在保固期限吧?!

請告訴我吧大大們><~
