請問大學休學後將來復學及轉學的問題 急 20點

如題，麻煩各位大大不吝指教。
我現在讀完大一，想在開學前辦理休學及服兵役，
而學校規定休學兩年後沒有復學就會開除學籍。
若真的超過兩年沒有復學而被開除學籍，請問還有資格報名轉學考嗎？

某間大學轉學考簡章規定：因操行成績不及格退學或因故被開除學籍者不得報考。

請問是不是我一定要在休學後兩年之內才能轉學或復學？
