發現板上頗少對於中壢發展的一些建議或心得 中壢發展心得 1. 打破前後站藩籬，可較不發達的龍岡地區等地進步一點，不然現在狀況頗不優 (ex:龍東路一帶許多違建，馬路超狹窄，龍南路也是不夠大。 後站經健行往環中東路段的悲劇就不用說了 也沒錢拓寬，只能先拓便宜的圓環段) p.s. 有些路段，甚至連等公車的地方都會容易被機車撞到 (ex:龍岡路三段靠軍營，平鎮龍南路靠大溪附近的站牌等) 2. 藉此周邊可以翻新，改善門面，不然我南部外地朋友每次都喜歡酸我們桃園 (前站旁 有產權糾紛的舊大樓；火車站內外；斑駁的元化地下道...) 3. 希望可以增加行人友善空間，中壢的人行道十分不足，常常要違停、汽車機車和 行人爭道，走在馬路上...。 增加行人地下道，很多車潮人潮都多的地段，例如：火車前站經外勞圈到肯德基那邊 還有沒紅綠燈的華泰銀行到光南段，每次都容易造成交通大打結。 4. 體育園區!!? 5. 不知道中壢火車站到環北站何時才能美夢成真. 6. 後站軍方用地過多，影響發展。尤其是一堆廢棄營區，也沒在使用。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.243.98 ※ 編輯: F7yobird 來自: 220.136.243.98 (08/24 19:50)
