請問各位高手如果要監控產品的品質例如bonding的好壞可以看他每次的經度來建立SPC監測但目前遇到一個困惑的地方今天如果要監控品質這產品是觸控產品使用電測程式去進行測試如要監控因該是要看其測試的數據去監控他的起伏但其測試數值矩陣非常巨大且有區域性其獨特性有些位置特別低有些特別高那要如何監控他因為沒有一個數值能夠代表整片想請教各位有何想法例如晶圓廠商要測試晶圓是否好壞監控製程是否變異是怎樣去測試IC的= = -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.146.83.143
