華邦電設備回租力晶 委託代工

記憶體製造廠華邦電決議，將設備回租予力晶，委由力晶代工生產。

華邦電去年12月5日曾以新台幣6.3億元，向力晶買下一批設備。

華邦電今天決議，將當時買下的設備回租予力晶，並委由力晶代工生產動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)產品。

華邦電表示，設備將自今年12月6日至2016年12月31日租予力晶，每年租金2億元；設備租期屆滿時，力晶得以3億元購買設備。
