國泰世華銀行收購SBC銀行30%股權

國泰金控公告，旗下國泰世華銀行已與柬埔寨SBC銀行（Singapore Banking CorporationLimited）原股東達成協議，將收購剩餘的30%股權，一旦完成，將掌握SBC百分之百的股權。

國泰金控表示，後續尚需經雙方主管機關核准，總投資金額為1,141.8萬美元，折合約新台幣3億4,254萬元，預計取得各項核准後再完成交割。
