那個尋常下午，我喝了一杯龍脷葉羅漢果茶。
自家煲製，用料充足，清甜滋潤，喉頭登時溫厚起來。
不尋常的，是供應這杯飲品的地點──北角油街 12號的舊建築群。
這兒幾座紅磚屋，屋頂鋪滿中式筒瓦，屬二級古蹟，同時刻劃一段香港歷史： 1908年建成，是前皇家遊艇會會所，屬本地唯一北角填海前的海岸線建築。
