債務上限未解 年內QE難退場

美國9月失業率降至7.235％，非農就業人口則僅增14.8萬人。整體而言美國勞動市場仍在復甦軌道上，只是改善的動能減弱。法人預期由於就業復甦疲態，債務上限未解，年內QE難退場。

統一投顧指出，考量以下三點，認為Fed年內難以啟動QE退場，其一為就業報告疲軟，勞動市場改善動能減弱；其二美國政府關門16天對經濟衝擊恐陸續浮現，且美國國會並未對舉債上限議題提出解決方案，經濟前景不確定性仍高。

再者，葉倫可望接任新任Fed主席，Fed仍將由鴿派委員主導，可望暫緩QE退場。至於Fed啟動QE退場的時間點，預期遞延至2014年3月FOMC會議的機率較高。
