彰化縣富味鄉食品公司標示100%頂級黑麻油攙混0.5%的配方，究竟是什麼？據透露，原來是玉米胚芽。富味鄉為讓頂級黑麻油的外觀，看起來更黑，也感覺更純，讓消費者願意願意花更多的錢選購，將玉米胚芽炒黑後，攙入黑麻油壓榨而成。

雖然常務董事陳瑞禮辯稱，玉米胚芽也有益健康，只是標示不實，並未違法。彰化檢方認為產品既然強調100%，有欺騙消費者意圖，已構成食品衛生管理法第15條第1項第7款假冒和刑法詐欺的要件，認定這項產品屬違法行為。
