好多年沒上討論區了

我也搬離台中快一年

我那不成材的十期別墅在1年內漲了50%

我卻再也回不去了

上週回去看新建案

每坪單價14~22萬

真的很傻眼

光是總太建案投資客一堆要轉單的投資客

白癡的政府說預售屋不用課奢侈稅

但可以考慮課所得稅

用人頭分散

能課的到嗎?

乾脆把這個問題放到國中入學測驗中的

智力測驗題目中!

課奢侈稅讓投資客把成本加到買方身上

政府打不到房價

對財團有交代

又把老百姓騙得團團轉

第一.我不買投資客轉單的房子

第二.不買預售屋(建商不斷拉抬房價)

第三.我只考慮買看得到品質的新成屋或中古屋

看看台灣空屋率這麼高

經濟這麼差

政客這麼爛

誰可以告訴我

房價漲成這樣是基於什麼理由?
