Samsung疑請寫手事件被罰 一千萬台幣夠不夠？

Samsung早前在台灣被揭發請打手，主動唱衰HTC和其他對手，被指誤導消費者。台灣當地的公平交易委員會裁定，Samsung需繳交罰款1000萬新台幣，對於第二季純利賺超過90億美元的公司來說，這又是否會有阻嚇作用？
有關當局稱，Samsung違反公平交易法第24條《足以影響交易秩序之欺罔行為》，判罰1000萬新台幣。而負責的公司，鵬泰顧問股份有限公司也被罰300萬新台幣。鵬泰在2012年間短暫將這項業務委由商多利公司進行，所以商多利公司也被處罰5萬新台幣。
在寵大的廣告投放下，香港人似乎甚少關注Samsung問題。而其産品的質素問題，一向都不少。例如充電時燒焦、香港出現火燒屋、無法與Router兼容、機身自動微爆、螢幕現鬼形等。而過往S3的用家也相當悲慘，例如地鐵突然爆炸、外國用家充電時突然起火等。而軟件也好不了那裏去，早前Samsung亂出軟件更新，令Galaxy S3用家相當頭痕。
