離婚分產　法官裁定房屋對半分

【綜合報導】西班牙經濟危機，也造成離婚難分產，一對申請離婚的夫妻，遭法官判定將同住的公寓分成2半，一人住一邊。

法官表示由於經濟考量和保障2名女兒的權益，裁定這對夫妻將房子隔成2半，這棟房子是屬於男方父母的，但由於離婚費用高昂，拍賣房子最後恐落得全家都得流落街頭，法官才做出這個決定，不過並沒有明指是要將房子實際對拆成2半，還是在室內用膠帶區隔。

當地律師也表示這個判決相當罕見，不過有了這個先例，未來可能還會出現類似判決。
