各位前輩大家好: 我是今年研所畢業，明天要去應徵盟立的硬體工程師職缺，想請問前輩當你們在應徵新人時，會著重於新人的程度、薪資、態度或個性...等等哪一區塊從離校到今天已經快兩個月了，雖然有面試過幾家，但不是很滿意因此，我想問的有 1.我該如何在眾多的面試者，讓公司選擇我(雲科-電機所) 2.面試時向面試主管介紹，我的作品跟論文使用ppt報告有無加分效果 3.盟立硬體部門的風氣如何，有無內鬥或者能互相支援? 4.晚上普遍都幾點走人? 5.如果各位有不錯的資訊希望提供要酸我也可以，我不怕被酸，本人欠酸 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.142.5.170
